電動機電流高的主要原因
電機電流高的主要原因是機械和電氣故障,如振動電機和外部物體之間的運行摩擦、軸承堵塞、老化、損壞、缺少不耐高溫的油或油脂等。過載會導致電機功率允許范圍之外的過載,特別是軸承的損壞容易引起轉子和定子之間的摩擦,如果在這種狀態下不及時處理,會導致電機線包燒毀。

通常電動機有以下檢查方法:
1)靜(jing)態(tai)檢查:設備運轉前,用錘(chui)子敲打(da)振(zhen)動電(dian)機的基礎螺絲,看(kan)是否松動。未能及時擰緊將導致(zhi)振(zhen)動電(dian)機的基礎斷(duan)裂和外殼(ke)報(bao)廢。
2)動態(tai)檢查(cha):傾聽振動電機運轉時是否有(you)噪音(yin)。如(ru)有(you)異(yi)常噪音(yin),應及時停車(che),主要檢查(cha)基礎、防護罩、快速偏心和端(duan)蓋螺栓,防止松動。
3)溫(wen)度檢查:用溫(wen)度計或(huo)手背(bei)(小心(xin)燒傷)檢查振動電(dian)機外殼、端蓋(軸(zhou)承室在里面)和電(dian)纜的(de)溫(wen)度。振動電(dian)機本身的(de)允許溫(wen)升(sheng)為60度,加上(shang)環境(jing)溫(wen)度在正常溫(wen)度范圍內。如果溫(wen)度過(guo)高(超過(guo)90度),檢查軸(zhou)承是(shi)否(fou)缺油(3號殼鋰(li)脂),電(dian)壓是(shi)否(fou)過(guo)高,電(dian)纜接頭(tou)是(shi)否(fou)松動,電(dian)纜是(shi)否(fou)匹配。
